Account and Data Deletion Request

This page summarizes how to request deletion of your nuWay AgTrack account or your organization. nuWay AgTrack is provided by HLE DRONES, LLC.

This page is a summary only. The binding terms governing data deletion and retention are in our Privacy Policy (in particular Section 5 and Section 6.1) and Terms of Service (in particular Section 3 and Section 11). In case of any conflict, those documents control.

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to agtrack@nuwayag.com from the email address associated with your account. Include your name, the email on your account, your organization name, and whether you are requesting (a) deletion of your individual user account or (b) deletion of the entire organization. If you are requesting organization deletion, you must be registered in nuWay AgTrack as the organization owner.

We will verify your identity and process verified requests within 30 days.

1. Individual User Deletion

Use this if you want to remove your personal account but your organization will continue to exist.

Deleted: your user profile (name, email, profile picture), authentication credentials, device identifiers and push tokens, and personal settings.

Kept: operational records created within your organization (such as jobs, clients, fields, pesticide and application records, equipment records, attachments, signatures) remain with the organization, because that data belongs to the organization as described in Section 3.2 of the Terms of Service. Anonymized data, backups, and records subject to legal hold are retained as described in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

Before requesting deletion, export any records you may need for your own regulatory obligations. Under Section 3.3 of the Terms of Service, each user is responsible for maintaining their own copies.

2. Organization Deletion (Owner)

Use this if you are the owner and want to delete the organization itself.

Organization deletion affects every member. Many members are licensed pesticide applicators with personal regulatory obligations that survive deletion. Before submitting a request, notify your members and give them a reasonable opportunity to export their records. We may likewise notify members and provide a short export window before processing your deletion request.

Deleted: the organization record, member associations within the organization, and operational data.

Kept: Transaction and billing records between HLE DRONES, LLC and the organization being deleted. Anonymized data, backups, and records subject to legal hold are retained as described in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy.

Local Data

Data stored on your device can be removed by uninstalling nuWay AgTrack.
